Oh god how long has it seriously been? Well, thanks to the suggestion from BlackHawkNova i came up with a wood element Kappa, although he looks more like a nature element than wood.

Anyway, his named after an alternate name for the Kappa which means "Horse Puller".

I was curious as to how you'd do this, but he looks really good. The flower on his head works well; is it something like a bromeliad, with water and bits inside it? Nice work. :XD:
